Alternate title, BREAKING THE LAW!
I'll try and write fast and keep it brief. There's a pretty major lighting storm rolling in over the Eastern mountains. Around these rural parts, power outage is a foregone conclusion.
I do want to say I'm feeling a little jazzed right now.
I have this crazy, unaccountable feeling that this thing could actually work!
Still don't have a clear picture about how, though, which is SO not me.
In fact, this afternoon I was going to put away a stapler on this cream desk organizer thing I've had since highschool. On it I had, on some long-forgotten occasion, scotch-taped a list of "Murphy's Laws".
You know the drill. "When something breaks, it will be the one thing that costs the most to fix.", yadda, yadda, yadda.
I grabbed it and yanked it off.
That's right, folks, I'm like the rebel Cool Hand Luke of the neighborhood, flagrantly breaking Murphy's Law!
Okay, I'm not going all Joel Olstein here or anything. I'm sure things might still blow up in my face now and then, but in the name of Philippians 4:8, I decided... I just don't need to accept that kind of negativity into my mind. Amiright?
Live YOUR adventure!
(And live it in victory!)
